Delivery & Returns
At clara&co, we want you to love every piece you buy from us. We’ve kept our delivery and returns process as friendly and relatable as our brand, ensuring you have peace of mind from checkout to your front door.
1. Shipping & Delivery
We use Royal Mail to deliver our collections from our studio in Newark directly to you.
- Flat Rate Shipping: £3.65 for all standard UK orders.
- Free Delivery: Spend over £50 and shipping is on us!
- Dispatch: We aim to dispatch your items within 1–2 working days (excluding bank holidays).
2. Our Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order.
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to return an item.
- Return Window: Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, free from marks (e.g. makeup or deodorant), and with all original tags attached.
3. How to Return an Item
- Fill in the Returns Form below with your order number and details.
- Package your item securely. We recommend using a tracked service via Royal Mail, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Initial Shipping Costs: If you return your entire order, we will refund the basic shipping cost (£3.65) in line with UK law.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us immediately at returns@claraandco.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage costs.
