What size should I buy?
JDY generally runs true to size. We’ve put together a full size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you are between sizes in their high-waisted jeans, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as it’s on its way.
Which courier do you use?
We ship via Royal Mail. All orders are sent using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, clara&co only ships within the UK. We hope to expand to our international friends soon!
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
It’s easy! You have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to send it back. Check our Delivery & Returns page for the full steps.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, at this stage the customer covers the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. As we grow, we aim to change this in the future.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in its original condition (tags on, no marks!), we’ll process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.
Payments & Security
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe, a global leader in payment security. We never see or store your credit card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via the Stripe checkout.
